    Funds raised through the Placement will be used at the Matilda Gold Project to:
     Expand the oxide and free milling resources and mine plan - $6M
     Grow sulphide open pit and underground mine plan and reserves - $4M
     Fast track plant expansion and sulphide circuit refurbishment; and - $5M
     Strengthen the balance sheet and increase working capital -$10M
