price action or charts is not an ideal way to pick spec stocks, too easily manipulated. in my history, looking at the 4C comparing quarter on quarter, specifically money in and money out. making sure management are addressing issues, if not profitable, try to work out if they will be before they run out of money.
BLK looked like they were going to turn the corner a yr ago after 2 reasonable 4c. but unfortunately BLK have been doing the same thing for the last 2 years and expecting different results.
