IMO this is the most important factor for BLK. People can try to act like 'smart money' but they typically lack the analytical and - more importantly - the contacts required to make truly informed decisions on the future of very high risk plays like BLK.

If and when it becomes clear that the so called 'smart money' start to gobble stock up, it's time to buy as the odds have been tipped in their favour. If/when the 'smart money' begin to dump at these levels or lower, the writing is on the wall and it's time to flee.
