Zee, I checked up on the structure of managements shares and options and it would seem that their options are "performance vs ASX" and/or "Reserves & resources increased" related. As part of their renumeration the total amount of these rights is about 38 million which is about 9% of all options on issue and about 0.03% of shares on issue. I do not understand or agree with your position on "dilution" as a reason to suppress the heads to forgo the revenue from options exercise that would create much needed cashflow.
