The circle in the first pic is the small area of the Big Sandy operation. The red zig zagging line is where the infamous cuckoo bird "may be present from time to time", although there is no documentation, photographs or proof they in fact are.
Furthermore, the BLM & scientists have shown real proof that the now "new and late addition to the case" Cuckoo does not exist, and never has existed anywhere near Big Sandy.

I guess it's too hard to plant a whole habitat in a new area, and birds move faster than turtles
