its all about market cap here. how much value has this added to AZLs market cap. AZL has about 3.9 billion shares on issue as about 450 million are held by NTEC and have not been issued yet. lets say 4 billion shares on issue. I believe this announcement adds about 50-200 million to market cap and the range is huge because if this was announced in better lithium cycle then 200 million would be added easily over a few weeks. 50 million for terrible lithium sentiment and it is also June which is tax loss selling month. $50 million added to market cap is 3.4 cents and $100 million added is 4.7 cents. im not a seller as im waiting on off take news from Prairie and if that comes then add another $50-$100 million. If they announce finance for Prairie then add another $50-$100million. As i have said many times AZL is the most undervalued spec ive seen on ASX compared to peers ive seen in 40 years of trading. good luck longs on Tuesday im not selling a single share as the journey has just started for AZL to become a LOW COST lithium producer in Big Sandy and Prairie. AZL will probably obtain USA govt finance for Big Sandy now.
