controls BLM. He expects approval in Q2, doesn't mean it will come. It not coming doesn't mean he shouldn't have said it. People kept hassling him asking when BLM when BLM so he said he expects it in Q2. If it doesn't come in Q2 he will expect it in Q3, as will I. If it doesn't come in Q3 we'll expect it in Q4. Moral of the story, it will come
