Respectfully disagree. IMO they tried to “keep busy” while awaiting the BLM approval especially as it was taking years..not to much success I must admit especially with Praire. I can understand their thinking, 4 years is too bloody long to just sit tight and wait. I don’t see much evidence of financial mismanagement.
