This looks like more fantasy created by AI. Where is your citation for the supposed 2022 case involving the Timbisha Tribe? They are currently involved in a lawsuit against BLM, with help from the Center for Biological Diversity, that has not been decided.

BLM has no jurisdiction over tribal lands. It grants leases on federal lands that are not located on reservations. If exploration or mining is proposed, it must consider whether the lands have traditional or religious significance, even if not on a reservation. BLM simply has no authority to "override tribal land claims," no matter what your AI app generates. Stick with the facts.
