Agreed, wouldn't be surprised if we see rates fall in the second half of this year, which would be incredibly bullish given that would make returns on money in the bank less appealing (therefore encouraging people to invest in equities)
It's why the market was so frothy during Covid-19, interest rates were so low that if you wanted a ROI you pretty much had to invest tin stocks or property
