I'm not sure you noticed, jack, but I made no mention of race or colour in my post. All I saw was 'a man' in chains (handcuffed) being murdered by a bad cop. My point being that it mattered not that the man had a rap sheet or was a person of colour, but more so the bad cop. I'm not sure what the per-capita stats are in the US between who bad cops kill without just cause, although repeated video evidence does point to blacks being at a distinct disadvantage. Even so, your ire should be aimed at the bad cop perpetrators and not the victims, regardless of their colour or rap sheet. Again, when the cops break the law, there is no law.
