I don't see any tbecker so I must have him on ignore. However, his use of the title to convey his message so that it remains (is highlighted, even) despite being moderated is rather clever. Perhaps you should report it with a comment to that effect because the moderators might not pick up the significance of having the offending message in the heading. Possibly, after a suitable warning, repeat usage might lead to a suspension or even having him banned if it continues.
