general
i had a look at Songa Mercur's website but couldn't find an announcement confirming that the rig had left Cuba. I did see the rigzone article quoting the Acssociation of Free Press' confirmation that the rig had left Cuba on the 18 June.
what i did find was an article from the moscow times
http://www.themoscowtimes.com/business/article/zarubezhneft-gives-up-drilling-effort-off-cubas-coast/481027.html
and from Cuban sources
http://www.cubastandard.com/2013/05/31/zarubezhneft-abandons-offshore-drilling-in-cuba-for-now-2/
which confirm that the drilling was coming to an end and that the rig had possible left Cuba earlier than the 18th.
the original statement from Songa Offshore regarding ENI's use of songa Mercur confirmed that there was sone fixed well and one option which needed to be exercise prior to commencement fo the contract. It's inconclusive whether this additional well has been exercised.
I would all seem to indicate that Neon's confirmation of the well location woul have to be broughtforward from their proposed timing of early August.
