According to them, ousted by Total's deep Offshore Rufisque license, African Petroleum found a partner on Senegal's deep South Offshore. This partner is none other than the British company Cairn Energy, which already operates the Sangomar Deep, Sangomar Offshore and Rufisque offshore blocks near the Africa Petroleum permit, reveals The Continent's Newsletter quoting Africa Energy Intelligence in Dakar.
