That map is identical to when they had 14,000kms....have a look in April 2008 before the lease was extended.
Just do me a favour and tell me what the difference is between the maps 4/2008 (14,000) and 5/2009 (7000)....except there is new and old boundaries now.
i could understand that the old boundaries would of included the 14,000kms and now the new is 7,000 kms....but then the blocks and what they supposedly have doesn`t add up.
Maybe l am missing something, but i just cant my head around this one.
