hi hope you had a great New Years. You say Block is literally worthless because it has no tangible assets. I looked it up. Tangible assets are assets you can literally touch. Well as you would know half of Blocks business is Square- basically software and the other half is Cash App an banking app on your phone. They really don’t need assets you can touch to run that business. Your competitive advantage is that you don’t have tangible assets because they cost you money. Think Realestate.com- I don’t think that business would have to many tangible assets as it is just a website. However every time someone in Australia wants to buy a property they go the website. REA makes a packet. You should look at their long term share price graph. Not to many tangible assets but still incredibly profitable and valuable. Imagine if you had the foresight to invest in it in the early days before it became profitable. Interested in your thoughts
