This is a major event for NMT and $184m a lot of cash I would expect a special divi of at least 4cts which will only cost $22m, they will have shipped more by then and assuming they get to keep that income until this deal goes through they may have generated another $10m or so by then. If so they would still have around $170m in cash after paying such a divi, but first they need to bank the cash roll on May, Loop.
