    The ACCC have finally announced that it will not oppose the takeover of Blockbuster Aust by Video Ezy. Given the close relationship between VE & MSO, this is a positive for MSO as the number of stores and franchiased areas where this technology can be deployed has now substantially increased. It will also make the use of the MSO technology in overseas (USA) markets more likely via the Blockbuster International relationship.
