I don't think it's a capital raising....they've got $2.8 million in the bank and last quarter they only used up $28K!!!!....with nearly $400K coming in from R&D Consessions.....
With human trials starting i would have thought they'd wait until after the good news to do any more raisings....not at the 6c level.
Hopefully it's not a cheap takeover......i'm waiting for it to hit $1.00+
