The critical enabler here is having an end to end offering that is plug and play - nobody wants to faff around with fiddly technology - they want a solution that just works and meets their core needs. What goes on behind the magic curtain is of no concern, just solve the problem.
CCP essentially have this. It's a question of a marketing/sales push at this stage.
