TSN had an opportunity to buy TSi earlier this year, through the period when the impacts of Demonetisation were in full effect, but didn't take up the opportunity.

It would be worth your time in forming an opinion on why they didn't buy it then, compared to what's different now.

What made me sell out (at profit thanks Tah man, some of us were around at these price levels before) was the failure to buy TSi at that time.

Something didn't sit right, if the business was so good why was buying it so difficult? There must be been issues with TSi that made the purchase a bad decision, and therefore raising the capital or debt became difficult.

We'll never know, they don't reveal too much about TSi, which was another factor making me uncomfortable.

For example, we still haven't understood what TSi paid mPhasis for their ATM platform, that the previous owner had written off.
