At the risk of sounding negative, the only major thing which can affect TSN medium term SP is the large equity. Ultimately the co has to get listed in Canada and other places to attract investor eyeballs. It will be a must to roll back the equity, history says whenever there is a rollback in equity, retail suffers a lot. The owners also suffer, but they have a long term view of many years , so get back into big profits ultimately. What this means is retail who are invested into TSN should stay with the story for next many years ( say 4 - 5 years ) to see some great gains, there can be pain on the way during rollback of equity, keep some gun powder ready always to take advantage in such a situation. But before any such rollback occurs, I think the SP will multibag three to four times from here first , so need to worry right now about it.
