It is very nice to have you (with us), 'outside the tent p#%sing in, rather than inside p$&sing out'.

And you can be sure that we and our friends will be at the AGM, helping to 'stack' the chairs, and partaking of that nice morning tea.

It is a nice outing, and our large group of pensioners, each holding one share, will enjoy the trip in the community bus.
