There are two answers.
Answer #1: Yes, sadly, we are starting to see more manipulative trading in UOS. I started a thread about a bot operating in this stock the other week.
Answer #2: If you think the blocking sells are priced above the fair market value of the stock, they are unlikely to have any effect and can simply be ignored. If you think the blocking sells are below the fair market value of the stock, why aren't you jumping in with a buy order?
Which answer is correct? Hmmm .. on balance, both of them.
From the point of view of someone who holds stock and naturally wants to see the price go up, these sell orders are a good thing - the price is much more likely to creep by 1c and 2c steps up over a day or over a week than it is to leap up 10c in a single sale.
