Wow. What possible ownership would Kazia have over NOX66. Idronixil was owned by MEIP and is now lapsed anyhow. All claims thus have stated nox66 was never developed while GK was working as CEO for NRT. So what claim could they possibly have?Moossey theory is now debunked on royalties for new technology. So it must be for that which is already published. IE the suppository... the isoflavones?. But what possible claim could KZA over that? mmmmmmmmmm I wonder.

If the tone is "out of Nox...hair , for good" I suggest, you at least be daringly transparent and tell us why Kazia was in your hair in the first place. If you have to pay another company 5M shares for IP certainty that says more about NOX than KZA. Due diligence?
