Couple of things you can do. My business blog (yes I have a business as well) is set up under Wordpress rather than Blogger. Under Wordpress you can chnage the design by downloading one of thousands of free designs. It MAY be the same under Blogger, but I KNOW it is available under Wordpress and you can transfer your existing blog to Wordpress easily.
