blokes ... directors declarations, page-10

re: directors declarations PBI has a great product, and they are getting it into the market place, but the way management has raised capital, announcements, and the underwriting has hurt the share price over the past year. Not to mention a certain Frost dumping into the market when the share price was around 30c, which it never recovered from.
Lets hope that the roll out of the products is enough to get the share price moving, because the way management has conducted itself doesn't give me much faith that they are too concerned about the faithful long term holder.
I don't see the share price moving to much over the coming weeks, as it appears that some of the people involved it the underwriting are happing to sell the main share and hold the free options and still make a nice 10% profit. As usual it is on the nose.
Converted less than half of my options. Loosing confidence in this one quickly, or should I say the way management are doing things.
Always seems to be something that is holding this stock back.
