Very hard to say, possible takeover offer looming?
I'd now have to say after all the time that's transpired.
After the actions by Jinan at the AGM.
I'm concerned for Triton & would class it as very high risk. It's evidently clear now that the Chinese will not be forthcoming with financing.
It's disappointing that management clearly did not place effective caveats in the subscription deal with Jinan that held them to any account.
I think it's likely a takeover offer is coming, it's that or court which I don't feel will bode well for their initial investment either. It's looking rather nasty unfortunately.
