U should do your homework before posting a message. It makes all MMX investors seem seriously misinformed.
As has been posted previously by other bloggers as well as CHM, all court costs are NOW funded by the litigation funded.
CHM does not have to pay a cent. CHM will make it to court and MMX will have to put up a defence rather than spending their time on pointless PR.
Why don't you ask MMX who the litigation funder is? They would have met him by now.
