Wilkie is against MRRT in its current form. Wants it in tax summit and to cover more miners or he wont support it in the House of Representatives. I think Oakshott wants it at the summit also. Katter is apposed to the tax. It looks like the tax may be still born in the House and will not even get to the Senate. Hopefully it will be another back-flip by Labour like the CPRS.
