The latest remarks I can pick up us from their chairman, Rana Som in late June:

He expects the JV to be signed Sept/Oct which has it all on schedule. The word I have is that all went very well with the NMDC tech team & KEMworks over the last couple of weeks. It's just a waiting game ATM.

Let's see what US non-farm payroll figures look like shortly. That'll give the broader market it's lead. Meanwhile we await the outcome of enabling study.
