Just think of the psychology.
Sell into fear of the unknown.
Buy into greed.
Unknowns are shrinking significantly. Corporate profits are fine. Sure, forecasts remain guarded at best - but in this volatile market, wouldn't they best be?
If you consider the PE of BHP. Now help me out here - what is the current PE on current earnings, and what will it be on the likely future earnings.
I'm not much of a fundamental analyser - but seriously, if this isn't the bottom, or very damn close to it - then I'll not post my analysis on here again.
