It reminds me of when I gave blood in Cambodia. That afternoon, I walked up 800 steps to reach a temple and got heart palpitations as I became anaemic after giving the blood. When the nuns had me lying down flat on the ground giving me massages, the tour guide returned and thought that I had died...he nearly had a heart attack!
