plugger, the mib theory is one i'd prefer to ignore because it can blind you to normal market action, but there is enough evidence to make a reasonable deduction that it might be so. At minimum its an idea worth entertaining imho. One advisor even has a index that tells him when PPT intervention is likely, and it seems to work. I'm mostly bearish, so watching for signs of Deep Pocket interventions against the flow of a short trade is worthwhile keeping in mind, specially if you've entered on a break of a range rather than from a top. I'm not offended if you think its crip.
