I dont think there has ever been a time in history that a pm has not taken responsibility for protecting citizens.
The government should have been building quarantine accommodation a year ago. The covid virus will likely be around for 10 years and may become a lot more deadly.
I am wondering if a war broke out if the states would have to create their own army to protect the borders. Maybe we need to talk about a republic and hold a referendum for the states to break away from the commonwealth and become countries in their own right.
