If you want to signal your virtue or sermonise sanctimoniously, then you should really do it properly.
And "properly" means giving due consideration to the ultimate outworking of what happens to the blood of "America's poor and vulnerable", after CSL has spent billions of dollars of shareholder funds on researching and developing using that blood...
Do you not think there is any societal benefit from the stuff that gets developed and manufacture by CSL?
