Thats why i said "roughly speaking" 1/3rd. But again the imp thing is its only temporary. Replacing off take is easy looking at the demand. In effect the only lost thing will be the time and money spent for the negotiators to go to china and negotiate. But thats a negligible cost.
Ill be a bit selfish and admit im not happy with the trading halt as i may lose on an opportunity to make a re entry lol
