Does media bother doing research. Who honestly had even heard of Jordan Wirsz until now? Well looks like he owned a sub-prime mortgage loan company until it went bust in 2009. He couldn't even predict his own country's property crash yet he's some sort of guru in respect to Australia.

Appears from the above and from previous companies he's owned that Wirsz is a scammer. Some interesting stories about his past. lease can we point to some more reliable sources than self-confessed self-maed millionaire ex con artist US sub prime mortgage broker?

First thing I'd be asking myself is what is theis person's motive for making such claims?
