UT, I have more than one degree and it's not in fine arts or egyptology.
Contrary to what you and the likes of Les & Cinderella think because I am an envious "bear" who couldn't climb the property ladder, I can confidently say in all probability I have a significantly bigger net worth than most of the so called property investors here...who incidentally have as much debt as assets and that equation is looking worse by the day.
