Yes, It's amazing isn't it. Some turkey has been doing this for months now.
As soon as a trade goes thru for $0.004, someone has to sell at $0.003, for a transaction less than the brokerage cost, just to bring the last sale value down by 25%. it doesn't make sense.
Or....could be a CR or an TO ofer in the wind.
