I was at the dentist the other day- true story, he was tutt tutt tutting,looking at the xrays, and I said, " what are the options ?'"
He said, " we either pull the tooth, or its a a root canal and a crown "
He and the nurse looked at me, I said, " is there a third option ? "
Dunno about the legalities, and somewhat paradoxically, why not announce a share consolidation, in conjunction with a CR?
This potential move could allow existing SHrs to top up in advance of the dilution.

I wont rake over old coals, but for mine, again from the outside lookin in, it seems a reasonable option,if it is doable, given the current circumstances.
