Don't be surprised if KAH goes into a trading halt this evening pre-open on the London stock exchange. When they announce the takeover there will be a scheme of arrangement that explains the conditions and timing. It should include a downstream offer for EXT. Without majority ownership of both KAH & EXT they don't achieve control of Husab.
