What a deal! Well done Wolfie!
Its starting to sink in now just what a great deal this is. ADX have covered their obligations and fully funded their huge Sambuca target for 40% of the prospect. They still have 100% of the rest of block! KIK has been kicked removing a weak partner and opening up the deal posibilities for better heeled players. And to do all of this when most of the market are giving their assets away at distressed prices sows the caliber of this management team.
Kudos to Aquajack for finding the story before the announcement.
