Not sure if you noticed, but there is an issue with global indebtedness right now.
Fairly significant issue.
On a scale of 1-10, one being equal to the credit implications of a Big-Mac meal, 10 being equal to the collapse of the global financial and political norms in operation for over 50 years, I would rate it 11.
I would suggest that this wretched global indebtedness may prevent your "bounce" from occuring in the short-to-medium-term.
