if it makes you feel any better, I wanted to get some with my westpac account at the closing auction, but my order never appeared as they were too slow. First they even tried to tell me that I placed my order after close. Took them a while to admit that I did not place it after close and that their service just is too slow. Told me that I need to place orders for the closing auction at least 2 minutes before close. Guess that was the last time I even attempt to use my westpac account. They are just slow and useless.
