I can't see the point in e-mailing the company when that kind of response comes back. It's just a deflection. Where did you get the idea that the review was out of the company's hands? If that's the case they should be using their time to generate something positive here in Oz. Clearly they are not so what exactly are they doing for those salaries of hundreds of thousands of dollars? Waiting for punters to e-mail to say, "We'll consider your e-mail in future. "?
