I, more than most, detest the traffic nazis. That said lights help.

It is the peripheral issues where we can't do a left turn on a red light that piss me off. And we must have more than a dozen intersections in town where all four roads face a stop sign.

Shuldn't the threat of global warming demand that they allow traffic to flow, thus using less fuel?
