Had enough of big towns so moved to a country Vic town which has four or five traffic lights and only one in the centre of town,"rush hour" lasts a few minutes and parking is very low or no cost. Big towns are making the motorists life more difficult by providing for non motorised users who get road concessions but contribute nothing. If there is sufficient demand from such users then other provisions should be made and at their cost.
