Cupric Canyon Capital, LLC is reportedly at the pole position to make a takeover bid for Discovery Metals Ltd. (ASX:DML). Discovery Metals has been running a competitive sale process since May 2013 and the closing date for the receipt of binding proposals under the sale process was June 10, 2013. As on July 31, 2013, Discovery said it is in discussions with a number of parties about a change of control."

Note the date. Someone should be given the biggest boot up their backside because it has enabled insiders to cheat ordinary 'mums and dads'.
