Don't know if this link to a Bloomburg news article on LOM has been posted here before & excuse me if it
has as it is dated 2 months ago BUT it does make nice reading & reiterates some good points to remind us of the potential.

Bloomberg seems to have a permanent reporter based in Luanda & he's doing a few articles on Angola.

This one from Mar 2013 is about Angola spending $600 million with help of China upgrading transport.
